    Instead of Sleeping is an Indie/Experimental Rock band that formed in Pittsburgh in 2008. Originally a completely instrumental rock band, the band learned to focus more on the music than the message. Now, with the addition of vocals, IOS has completely transformed itself, and is starting to gear its focus towards the (once neglected) message behind the music for their upcoming debut, full-length album March 21st at Club Diesel!
